This course will give you the tools and direction you need to incorporate stretching into your everyday life without it eating up anymore time in your day. Practical stretching is made for those who love the intention of stretching but can't find the time or commitment. This course will show you multiple short timed stretches you can do in your every day life. It is recommended to stretch for at least 20 minutes per day, 5 minutes in bed, 5 minutes in the shower, 2 minutes in the car, 10 minutes while you moisturise or cook in the kitchen is a lot less tedious than putting on gym gear and laying out your yoga mat. Practical yet effective.
